Hugh is the Director & Lead Analyst for Legal & Regulatory Solutions at Outsell, a research and advisory firm that tracks market performance and trends in the data and information industry. His clients include major publishers, software companies and legal service providers. He has written a number reports and articles on legal tech, the business of law, and the automation of legal services. His forthcoming book on how automation can improve legal services and access to justice is due to be published by the American Bar Association in 2019. Hugh was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2007.
